  3. Add the flour mixture and chocolate chips to the butter mix and combine well.
  4. Let the dough chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours (it will be very sticky!).
  5. Place the granulated sugar and icing sugar in two different bowls.
  6. Roll the cookies into 20 balls and roll them firstly in the granulated sugar and then coat them well in icing sugar.
  7. Put on a tray and bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 11 minutes.
