  13. Prepare as needed Milk,
  14. Prepare as needed Saseme seeds,
  15. Prepare as needed Water,
  16. Prepare Desi ghee (clarified butter) or oil, as you like
Steps to make Alu wala naan(potato stuffed bread):
  1. Take a bowl, add mashed potatoes, salt, chilli flacks, black pepper, cumin, coriander powder,
  2. Chopped onions, fresh coriander and green chilli and mix throughly.
  3. Take Naan dough and divide in 6 equal portions. Take 1 portion and spread with hands.
  4. Add some potatoes filling and make it ball again.
  5. Roll it with the help of rolling pin.
  6. Make holes with the help of anything with the rounded bottom.
  7. Apply some milk and saseme seeds on top.
  8. Then flip it and apply some water.
  9. Heat up the tawa then flip it out, take Naan and place it on the warm tawa.
  10. And cook for 10 seconds. Then keep the flame on medium high and turn the tawa upside down and cook from top side.
  11. Naan is ready, remove from tawa.
  12. And apply desi ghee on top.
  13. Serve with raita. Enjoy.
