Fruitcake (or fruit cake or fruit bread) is a cake made with candied or dried fruit, nuts, and spices, and optionally soaked in spirits. A versatile and light fruitcake with a hint of spice and plenty of juicy cranberries and cherries - ice as you wish! Either way, this fruit cake is a welcome addition to the holiday table. This easy fruitcake is perfect for the holidays.
