  3. Once chicken soup nearly done add boiled egg in the soup, then blanched your rice noodles in boiling water for 2-3 min then take it out. Blanched some beansprounts and kale for a mim. Serve them by lay the noodles, beansprounts and kale in a deep bowl, then add chicken half of boiled egg and soup in the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle some crispy garlic, chilli flakes and ground white pepper before serve! This is my comfort bowl of deliciousness 😘
