  7. Then again cook the kebab for 20minutes in the convection mode by reversing it's faces.

  9. Add the ajwain seeds, wait till the aroma comes out.
  10. Make a smooth paste of the coriander and mint leaves and add in it
  11. Add some amchur powder.
  12. Add the sugar as per your taste.
  13. Cook it till the raw smell disappears.
  14. Add some water if it has become too dry.
  15. Cook it till the desired consistency.
