  3. Add chicken in karahi,fry for 5 minutes (i used boneless chicken,you can use any other kind of chicken and fry accordingly) or till it is light brown
  4. Then add all the other spices (red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, gram flour) mix it properly with the chicken and cook for 02-03 minutes
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and red chilli paste and cook for another 5 minutes
  6. Add yoghurt in it and mix it properly and cook it for another 5-10 minutes
  7. Add fried onion, mix it and cook till all the oils comes out
  8. Fry until the oil separates
  9. Add water as per the gravy u want and boil it on a high flame →in the end add gram masala and garnish it with ginger strings and green chilli
