The ingredients needed to make Chicken korma:
  1. Get 800 grams chicken with bones
  2. Get 1/4 cup ghee
  3. Make ready 3 onions chopped
  4. Get 6 green cardamoms
  5. Prepare 3 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
  6. Make ready 200 grams curd
  7. Take 4 teaspoons coriander powder
  8. Make ready 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  9. Get as per taste Salt
Instructions to make Chicken korma:
  1. In a pan add ghee and oil and as it heats up add the chopped onions. As it turns golden brown in colour keep it aside and let it cool. In a blender add the fried onions with the curd.
  2. In the remaining oil of the pan add the green cardamoms and cloves whacked a bit and as it smells add the chicken pieces and fry them till they turn golden in colour. Keep them aside.
  3. Heat oil in the pan and add ginger garlic paste to it and the remaining spices (red chilli and coriander powder) add the chicken pieces and sauté them for 3 minutes. Add salt and cover and cook in simmer gas mode. Switch off the gas when the chicken tenderises. Serve hot! Happy eating!
