Instructions to make Chicken Masala Tikka with Grilled Potato Wedges:
  1. Wash chicken and make deep cuts on them all.
  2. Add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, crushed cumin seeds, turmeric, red chilli powder, tikka masala and chaat masala in a bowl.
  3. Now add lemon juice and red food color in it.
  4. Mix all the ingredients in yogurt very well. Then put chicken pieces in it.
  5. Marinate all chicken pieces with marination properly. Put the all pieces in a bowl and pour the remaining marination on the pieces.
  6. Now cover the chicken and place them into the fridge for overnight. Heat up wide pan and pour oil in it.
  7. Put chicken pieces in the oil and cover it at medium low flame πŸ”₯ for 10 minutes.
  8. Cook chicken till the water evaporates from the chicken.
  9. When oil appears in the pan and chicken is tender then place all cooked chicken pieces in one same pan.
  10. Heat up coal to burnt then put in the chicken pieces pan, pour some oil on the coal, smoke appears.
  11. Cover the pan immediately for 15 minutes. After the time discard the piece of Coal. Chicken tikka masala is ready.
  12. Now prepare the Potato wedges. For this heat up grill pan and brush oil in it. Cut potatoes in thick3 wedges then place them on the grill pan.
  13. After few minutes change the side of wedges. When the wedges cooked then pour soya sauce and oregano leaves. Mix and it's ready.
