The ingredients needed to make Soya chunk gravy:
  1. Prepare 2 Big onions
  2. Get 4 tomatoes
  3. Make ready 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Take 3 cloves
  5. Make ready 2 cardamom pods
  6. Get 1 medium size cinnamon stick
  7. Take 2 small bay leaves
  8. Take 2 tsp fennel seeds
  9. Prepare 1 tsp peppercorns
  10. Make ready 1 tsp cumin seeds
  11. Get 4-5 chopped mint leaves
  12. Take 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  13. Get 2 tsp chopped curry leaves
  14. Prepare 1/2 cup cocount
  15. Get 1 tsp chilli powder(adjust according to your taste
  16. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  17. Prepare As per taste Salt
  18. Get 3 tsp oil
  19. Prepare 1 green chilli
  20. Make ready 1.5 cup - water
  21. Prepare 1-2 cup - soyachunks

Soya Chunks is tasteless and has. Soya chunks curry recipe or meal maker curry recipe to accompany rice, biryani, chapathi, pulao. The color of your gravy will differ based on the kind of ingredients or masala used. Hi friends , hope u all celebrated Ganesh chaturthi very well.

Steps to make Soya chunk gravy:
  1. In a blender, add cardamom pods, peppercorns, cinnamon sticks, cloves, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, onion, tomato, green chilli, coconut pieces, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, mint leaves and curry leaves and grind it once.
  2. Grind everything together.
  3. Next add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and grind it into a paste.
  4. You can add water as required.
  5. Boil soya chunks by adding little bit salt in water.then grind 4-5 pieces of soya chunks and keep it aside.
  6. In one tsp oil roast the soyachunks for minute.
  7. Add 2 tsp oil in pan, add fennel seeds,cinnamon stick and bay leaves and fry it for 30 seconds.
  8. Add the paste and fry it for 2 minutes and then add water and boil it for 2 minutes and then add soya chunks and once it boils add the grinded soya chunks in it.
  9. Cook it for 5 minutes and then garnish it with coriander leaves.
