Hey everyone, it is me again, Dan, welcome to our recipe page. Today, I’m gonna show you how to prepare a special dish, rainbow rice. One of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I will make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Rainbow Rice is one of the most favored of recent trending foods in the world. It’s easy, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. Rainbow Rice is something that I’ve loved my entire life. They are fine and they look fantastic.

To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can have rainbow rice using 27 ingredients and 15 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Rainbow Rice:
  1. Prepare 250 g Beef qeema
  2. Take Rice 2 cups (measuring cups)
  3. Get Tomato sauce :-
  4. Get Tomato 2 medium
  5. Get Cinnamon stick 1
  6. Get Cloves 4
  7. Get 5 Black peppercorns
  8. Get 1 Bari Elaichi
  9. Make ready 1/4 tsp Salt
  10. Make ready Green sauce :-
  11. Take 1/2 cup Hara dhaniya
  12. Take 3 Green chillies
  13. Take 1/2 tsp Zeera
  14. Make ready 1/4 tsp Salt
  15. Make ready Garlic cloves 4
  16. Take Qeema :-
  17. Make ready Onion 1 medium
  18. Make ready 1/4 cup Oil
  19. Prepare Garlic cloves 4
  20. Make ready Adrak 1 inch piece
  21. Get 3 Green chillies
  22. Make ready 1/2 cup Prepared tomato sauce
  23. Make ready 1/2 tsp Haldi
  24. Make ready 1/4 tsp Salt
  25. Get Orange rice :-
  26. Prepare Orange food colour as required
  27. Prepare Boiled eggs for decoration
Instructions to make Rainbow Rice:
  1. Prepare tomato sauce. In a pot add tomatoes, cinnamon, bari Elaichi, long, salt and 1 cup water and let it cook until tomatoes are soft
  2. When tomatoes are soft and mixture is thick. Seive it through a strainer. The sauce is ready
  3. Prepare green sauce. In a blender add coriander, garlic, zeera salt and green chillies. Blend by adding a little water.
  4. Prepare qeema. Fry onions in oil, add qeema. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. In a blender add garlic cloves, adrak, haldi, salt, green chillies and a little prepared tomato sauce and blend.
  6. Put this blended mixture in qeema and cook until tender
  7. When water dries add prepared tomato sauce 1/2 cup and mix well and cook until oil separates.
  8. Boil white rice with salt like we usually do.
  9. Divide it into 3 portions.
  10. In one portion add orange food colour. Mix well
  11. In second portion add green sauce and mix well.
  12. In third portion let the rice as it is.
  13. Start layering. In a bowl put orange rice then white rice then qeema then green rice.
  14. Invert it on a dish and decorate with eggs and salad
  15. Serve hot ❤
