  2. Dry roast the spice powders- cumin powder, garam masala powder, meat masala powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, & pepper powder and keep it aside.
  3. Marinate the beef with the prepared masala powder and leave it aside for 15-20 mins.
  4. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add the sliced onions and saute until translucent. Add the marinated beef and mix well. Add 1.5 cups of water and pressure cook for about 2-3 whistles or until the beef is cooked properly.
  5. Once it is done, remove from flame and keep it aside for the pressure to subside. Serve hot with pathiri or ghee rice.
