  9. Take 1 cup Low carb/low sugar pasta sauce

  11. Get 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  12. Make ready 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  1. Preheat oven for 350°
  2. Greese 13x9 baking pan
  3. Sprinkle a mixed one cup of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the bottom of the dish.
  4. Soften cream cheese in the microwave and mix all bottom layer ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Pour over cheese in the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Brown ground beef and drain
  7. Turn off heat and add pasta sauce to the ground beef.
  8. When bottom layer is done pour meat sauce into the pan and spread it evenly
  9. Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over the meat sauce. Then cover with 1 cup of mozzarella then sprinkle Italian seasoning. Bake for another 15 minutes.
