  1. Make ready 1 marrow
  2. Prepare 1 celery stick
  3. Make ready 1 large onion (I like red but go with whatever)
  4. Prepare 2 Cans tomatoes
  5. Get 10 basil leaves
  6. Make ready 50 g breadcrumbs
  7. Make ready 2 handfuls Parmesan
  8. Prepare 1 veg stock cube
Steps to make Vegetarian stuffed marrow:
  1. Pre heat oven on 190. Cut marrow in round slices about 2 finger highs
  2. Remove skin and the seeds and lay it out in a oven dish
  3. Make tomato sauce by adding some butter to a pan, brown onions and celery. Add tomatoes and the stock as well as a pinch of sugar
  4. Cook for 10 min until sauce starts to thicken. Spoon sauce inside the marrow. Cover with tin foil and cook for 30 min
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle the breadcrumbs mixed with the Parmesan on each slice. Cook for 15 min uncovered
