The ingredients needed to make Vegetable salad:
  1. Make ready 2 green peppers (stripped)
  2. Take 2 yellow peppers (stripped)
  3. Take 2 red peppers(stripped)
  4. Make ready 250 g baby marrow
  5. Take 1 onion(ringed)
  6. Take 2 medium sized brenjals(diced)
  7. Make ready 1 \2 cup canola oil
  8. Take 2 teaspoon barbecue spice
  9. Take 2 teaspoon curry rajah mild and spicy
  10. Take 500 ml vegetable atchaar
  11. Prepare 1 \2 cup chutney
  12. Prepare 1 \2 cup sweet chilli sauce
Instructions to make Vegetable salad:
  1. Heat oil and fry all the vegetables adding spices just fry for for ten minutes then remove from stove
  2. Drain oil and place them in a bowl and allow to cool then add vegetable atchaar then add chutney and sweet chilli sauce and leave for at least an hour before serving
