  1. Get plain flour
  2. Get caster sugar
  3. Prepare salt

  9. Prepare Nutella
Steps to make Lucy's crêpes:
  1. In one bowl, add the sieved flour, sugar and salt and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, add the milk, butter and vanilla essence. Then add all to the dry ingredients bowl and whisk well.
  3. Pass the mixture through a sieve to remove lumps and set aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat small saucepan to medium to high heat and spray with frylite. Using an ice cream scooper, I found the right portion for my pan but yours could be different. 6 small crêpes or 3 large ones.
  5. Using spatula, ease underneath crêpe all around as it forms and ensure it doesn't stick in the middle. Cook for 2-3 mins on each side.
  6. Spread Nutella on crêpe and roll into log shape. Lucy likes her crêpes cut into bite size pieces. You can fill yours and cut them as you like. Enjoy.
