  5. Bailan (rolling pin) ki madad sy roti bailty jain.haath halka rakhain.roti press (chipakni) nahi chahiye.aik tarf sy bail kar doosri taraf sy balain. Thori khushki (dry atta) laga lain zaroorat ho tu.
  6. Aik side sy colour change ho jye tu palat dain tawa ky uper.doosri side ko 5-10 sec aur siknay dain.hath ki madad sy ghumain.Chimty ki madad sy utha kar doosray stove ky flame py saink lain.

  8. Roti banany sy 10 mint pehly tawa ko low flame py garam hony rakh dain.tawa garam hone se roti dry nahe hoti hai.
