Veggie Burritos is one of the most popular of current trending meals in the world. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. Veggie Burritos is something which I’ve loved my whole life. They are nice and they look fantastic.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have veggie burritos using 10 ingredients and 13 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Veggie Burritos:
  1. Make ready 1 packet Vegie Delights Lentil Patties
  2. Make ready 1 Tomato
  3. Prepare 1 packet burrito spice mix
  4. Take 1 onion
  5. Get 1 Bell pepper
  6. Make ready 4 chilli peppers
  7. Prepare 40 ml water
  8. Take 1 jar taco sauce or salsa
  9. Take Any other veggies you want
  10. Take 1 pack Flour or corn tortillas
Instructions to make Veggie Burritos:
  1. Preheat oven to 180C and spread 4 Lentil Patties on an oven safe tray
  2. Chop onions, bell pepper and chilli peppers (wear plastic gloves when chopping chillis)
  3. Add chopped vegetables to a frying pan and set the heat to medium hot
  4. When oven is preheated, put the Patties in and set a timer for 15 minutes
  5. Continue to stir the vegetables in the frying pan until the timer is up, when the timer is up, turn the heat down to just medium heat on the stove (not the oven)
  6. Take the Patties out of the oven and flip them, put them back in and set a timer for 10 minutes
  7. Continue to stir the vegetables in the frying pan, and chop up a tomato into smallish chunks, set aside in a bowl
  8. When the timer is up, get the Patties out, set them on a chopping board and cut them into small chunks. Turn off the oven
  9. Add the Lentil chunks to the frying pan and add the water and spice mix, and stir
  10. Turn the heat up and allow the mix to boil down if needed
  11. Set as many tortillas as you think you'll eat on a porcelain plate, and sit in the oven for 2 minutes before serving
  12. Chop any other ingredients you like, (lettuce, celery, cheese, etc) and set aside in bowls
  13. Add ingredients together in a layered fashion on a warmed tortilla to serve
