Heat the pan at medium heat and add 1 tbsp oil, cumin seeds, coriander powder, dry mango powder, chilly powder and chopped green chillies.Mix all the spices and sautรฉ them for few seconds.Now add boiled, peeled and roughly mashed potatoes with coriander leaves.Mix everything and sautรฉ for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Add salt to taste and garam masala powder.Transfer these potatoes in a bowl and let them cool completely.In a bowl mix together flour and water together and make a thick paste.Now cut tortillas in half.Fold it in samosa shape and seal it with flour paste.
  3. Stuff potato filling inside and seal all the surfaces properly using flour paste.Deep fry these samosas on medium heat turning occasionally till they become golden brown and crispy. Serve the samosas with chutney or any sauce.
  4. Note-: - - 1. You can add more green chilly or red chilly powder according to your taste. - 2. Potato mixture should be cold before stuffing them in tortillas.
    1. Make sure all the sides and corners are properly sealed before deep frying them. - 4.
