  4. Gently press pumpkin seeds into the dough and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake on the top shelf for 20-30 minutes (the longer you bake them the crisper and harder they will be).
  5. Remove the crackers from the oven and allow them to cool and harden. Once cool you can snap along the scored lines to make individual crackers.
