  12. Prepare 1/2 cup Capsicum, finely chopped

  15. Get to taste Red chilli
  16. Take 1/4 tsp black pepper
  17. Get 1/4 cup Fresh Coriander finely chopped
  18. Make ready 4-5 tbsp Oil for shallow fry
Instructions to make Whole Wheat Veg Roll Tikki:
  1. In a mixing bowl take flour, salt, oil, baking soda and mashed potatoes. Combine all well and make a stiff dough.
  2. In another bowl take shredded cabbage, carrots, beans, cilantro, spring onions.
  3. Add seasoning to it and mix all well.
  4. After 30 minutes divide dough in two or three equal balls.
  5. Take a dough ball and start rolling it in rectangular shape of 1.5 inch thickness. Don't roll it too thin.
  6. Spread a layer of veggies on it and start rolling the dough in cylindrical shape.
  7. Make sure you roll it by pressing veggies and tight.
  8. Then cut equal sized disc from it and press each disc in your palm gently.
  9. Heat oil in a sauce pan and on a low flame shallow fry tikkis.
  10. Your Veg roll wheat atta tikkis are ready to serve with sauces.
