  2. Mix all the ingredients. Hand knead the dough for 10 minutes
  3. Cover the kneaded dough in a bowl with cling wrap. Let it rise for 1 hour. Knead again
  4. Divide into small balls (for this bun dont have to be clean neat ball shape). Cover for 15 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes

Roll out dough onto lightly floured surface with rolling pin. In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Make a well in the center of the mixture and place one of the eggs, milk, and tangzhong in it. Switch to the dough hook attachment and, on medium speed, knead the ingredients until a dough forms. Light and fluffy swirl buns filled with juicy raisins and covered with sweet cinnamon sugar.
