  5. When ready to serve, on high heat reheat the oil to 180 degrees. Fry the chips for 4-5 minutes, or until to desired crispness and until golden brown.
  6. Then remove potatoes from the oil. Drain on kitchen paper and season (optional). Eat as a snack or serve chips with meat and side vegetables along with dipping sauces of your choice. Eat immediately white pipping hot.
