Add the oil, cumin seed, onion, tomato, black beans, cumin, power, chilli powder, salt, coriander power, haldi power,and chilli flaux with salt and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the onions of softened. Turn off heat and stir in the chopped coriander
  5. How to proceed - - Divide the stuffing into equal portions and keep aside.
  6. Heat a non-stick tava and cook the quesadilla, using oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
  7. Serve the vegetable quesadillas immediately with white sauce or red sauce
