The ingredients needed to make Veg Quesadilla:
  1. Prepare whole wheat rotis or tortillas
  2. Get sliced mushrooms
  3. Make ready diced red pepper
  4. Make ready roughly chopped spinach
  5. Take shredded cheese
  6. Take salt
  7. Get butter
  8. Get pepper powder
  9. Prepare mayonnaise
Steps to make Veg Quesadilla:
  1. First in a nonstick pan take very little amount of butter & add red bell pepper & chopped onion & saute. Then add mushrooms & spinach followed my salt & pepper.Once these vegetables are cooked, keep them aside.
  2. Now in a tawa place the roti and heat up both sides a bit. Then transfer the vegetable mixture on half portion of the roti & spread it equally.
  3. Now add shredded cheese over the vegetables & spread mayonnaise on the other half portion of the roti.
  4. Now the roti gold in half & flip it up carefully then press it lightly. After 1 minute remove it from tawa & now it's ready to be served. Now cut it in equal triangle pieces & serve hot.
