  4. Pick one of the tortilla bread spread some ketchup in the middle to form a circle, add the the grated cheese, then the minced meat and another layer of grated cheese
  5. Fold the edge to cover half of the minced and repeat the same procedure to the other side. Fold it again to form a square.
  6. Use a tissue to rub some oil on a non-stick pan and place your quesadilla on it. Flip it to the other side when it has started to turn light brown.
  7. Cut it into half like a sandwich.
  8. Enjoy
