The ingredients needed to make Veggie rice:
  1. Make ready 100 g peas
  2. Prepare 2 cups basmati rice soaked for 15 minutes
  3. Prepare 100 g minced meat
  4. Prepare 1 small finely chopped onion
  5. Prepare 1 tbs spices
  6. Make ready as needed Salt
  7. Make ready 2 tbs sunflower oil
Instructions to make Veggie rice:
  1. Add the oil in a proper pan and fry the onions until they become soft
  2. Add the meat and mix well then add the spices and the salt
  3. When the meat change in colour add the peas and shallow fry them together
  4. Now add 2 cups of water
  5. Wait until it boils and add the rice
  6. Leave it on low heat until they are cooked very well
  7. Serve with yogurt or salad
