Add water until a creamy, pourable sauce is achieved. Whisk together the miso, mirin, vinegar, soy sauce, green onions, ginger, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Place the salmon in a baking dish, pour the marinade over, and turn to coat.

  1. Gather your ingredients. grate the ginger and slice your onion into thin strips
  2. add the miso, soy sauce and ginger to the ground beef and gently hand-mix
  3. form the beef into 4 patties
  4. then add to a pre-heated pan on a medium to high heat. I tend to add a drop of olive oil, but not necessary
  5. watch carefully, they will only take a couple of minutes. once you see the beef cooked half way as shown here, carefully flip your burgers
  6. and add the onion to cook down in the beefy juices
  7. let the burgers rest for a couple of minutes, then serve up on a delicious bun and top with the grilled onions

Whisk together the miso, mirin, vinegar, soy sauce, green onions, ginger, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Place the salmon in a baking dish, pour the marinade over, and turn to coat. Obviously the greatest part about this miso sauce is how spectacularly delicious it is. And that happens because of the incredible balance of flavors in the sauce. Miso paste is balanced with some lime, garlic, ginger and lemongrass among other aromatics.
