  1. Prepare 90 g crushed digestive biscuits
  2. Get 250 g icing sugar
  3. Get 120 g butter melted
  4. Get 250 g nutella
  5. Get 50 g nutella for top
  6. Take 200 g white chocolate

  4. Scoop the mix into your tray and press it down until its flat.
  5. Melt the white chocolate and pour over the biscuits base. Make sure it's all covered.
  6. Melt the rest of the nutella (50g) and drizzle it over the top of the white chocolate. Swirl it into a nice pattern and leave in the fridge to set for 1 hour.

Top the Nutella layer with the second half of the cookie dough, pressing it into an even layer. Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares or bars. Spread the Nutella over the baked shortbread base. Be careful, the pan will be hot. Crumble the crumb topping mixture over top of the Nutella, squeezing it in your fist to form crumbles.
