Instructions to make Vada Pav Quesadilla:
  1. Sukha chutney method:
  2. Set a wok on medium heat, add oil, mustard seeds and cumin seeds then add asafoetida.
  3. Roast them nicely. Keep this aside for 2 minutes. - Now take mixer jar and add this mixture and grind it well. It's ready.
  4. Quesadilla method : - 1 Wheat dough balls(2 balls for 1 Quesadilla) 2. Freshly prepared banana mixture - 3. Freshly prepare sukha chutney - 4. Green chutney
  5. Now flatten the dough balls and roll into thin chapatis. - Make 2 chapatis for 1 Quesadilla
  6. Half cook both the chapatis - Spread a layer or green in chutney on both the chapatis which side is cooked.
  7. Now spread the Sukha chutney mixture over the green chutney in one chapati.
  8. Now put raw banana layer.
  9. Now again sprinkle some sukha chutney and cover this with another chapati.
  10. Set a grill pan or normal pan and grease with some butter. And put the chapatis here. Cook both the sides as well.
  11. You can grill them or you can simply roast them. This is your choice.
  12. It's ready now take it on a serving plate and cut in whatever shapes you want.
  13. Taaddaa - Vada pav Quesadilla is ready.
