  1. Heat a wok over a high heat and add in the vegetable oil. As it heats up begin to fry your egg in a small pan in a little spray oil over a low heat. Also, begin steaming your vegetables.
  2. Once the oil in the wok is nice and hot, add the ginger, garlic, MSG and spring onion and fry until fragrant. Next add in your day old cooked rice. Stir fry together with the other ingredients until combined.
  3. Add in the light soy sauce. Toss everything together. Fry the rice until it's 'dancing' and 'popping' about in the wok, then you know it's ready. I like to add the rice to a small silicone bowl to turn it out into a neat dome for presentation. Next add your steamed vegetables around the sides. Drizzle sesame oil over the rice.
  4. Add the fried egg onto the rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds and red chilli flakes. Enjoy! :)
