  6. Reduce the marinate sauce and add 1tbs of honey in it too. Baste it on the fish after 20 mins and put it back in the over until it’s cooked
  7. Serve warm with stir fry veggies and rice or mix it in the try with fish, veggies and rice (pics below)

Unfortunately, the honey and soy stir fry sauce isn't gluten free. Lee Kum Kee do a good GF Oyster sauce though. Use that with garlic, ginger, a splash of their GF soy sauce and some GF sweet chilli sauce for a great alternative. You'd also need to swap out the noodles for boiled rice or GF noodles. Vegetable Fried Rice: Any stir-fry friendly veggies would be great in fried rice!
