The ingredients needed to make Sautéed Mixed Veggies:
  1. Make ready 2 cups mixed veggies
  2. Prepare 2 tbsps oil
  3. Prepare 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  4. Get 1 pinch, tumeric powder
  5. Make ready 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  6. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala
  7. Prepare To taste, salt

Steps to make Sautéed Mixed Veggies:
  1. Heat the oil in a non stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add green chillies and the veggies.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then add salt, red chilli powder, tumeric powder and the garam masala. Mix well and cook for 10-12 minutes more on medium to high flame stirring occasionally.
  4. Take the pan off the heat and pour the lemon juice over it and mix well. Serve the veggies as a side with rice.
