  2. Make ready 2 tsp sugar

  9. Take 50 gm icing sugar

These buns are to die for. Their signature product is the Rotiboy bun which is a sweet Mexican butter bun baked with a crisp, coffee-flavored topping. Rotiboy got so popular that they were able to aggressively. In a large bowl, cream the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.

Instructions to make Coffee butter buns:
  1. Measure all ingredients and keep on side. Warm the milk and add yeast and sugar. Keep until it has bubbles.
  2. Mix flour, egg, sugar, salt and milk mixture.
  3. Knead dough for 15 minutes until it's soft. Keep for resting 45 minutes for proofing.
  4. Take bowl mix icing sugar and butter. Seive flour and mix togther. Add egg and blend until. Smooth.
  5. Add coffee and vanilla. Using piping bag to store. Keep in chiller for 2 hr.
  6. Make each ball of 60 gm each. And place in baking tray. Add butter in each ball. Proof for 45 minutes.
  7. Make all the 9 equal balls
  8. Place the balls in baking tray. Keep for 25 minutes
  9. Pipe the icing mixuture on each ball. Bake it for 15 minutes at 180 degree celcius.
  10. Serve warm with coffee or tea.

Rotiboy got so popular that they were able to aggressively. In a large bowl, cream the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add the egg and mix until combined. Add the treacle and mix through. Punch dough down; turn onto a floured surface.
