  1. Cut all the veggies
  2. Slice onions,soak 2 glass rice in water
  3. Boil rice and carrots together with bit of salt,start frying onion in another pan till brown
  4. Add all veggies one by one
  5. Add spices,salt black pepper,soya sauce,vinegar and chicken cube
  6. Mix
  7. Add bit of orange colour in beaten egg,fry in 1 Tsp oil and mix in rice
  8. For sauce.brush oil on bell pepper and chillies and bake at 180 for 15 min,blend with pinch of salt
  9. Sauce is ready 🄰
  10. Shape the rice now
  11. Gently press the rice.cover the bowl with plate and flip the bowl upside down
  12. Remove the top bowl and pour thick sauce in it
  13. Garnish with mint leaves and serve
