Saturday night Special Fried Rice is one of the most favored of current trending meals in the world. It is easy, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. They are fine and they look wonderful. Saturday night Special Fried Rice is something which I have loved my entire life.

My kids are all about rice and this Saturday Night Special Fried Rice is right up their alley. It just takes prepping by having a couple of extra vegetables on hand but the rest - leftover chicken, white rice and broth is a staple in our house! Saturday night Special Fried Rice This doesn't have to be made on a Saturday- but it's turned into my little tradition Again the ingredients' quantities are a little vague; I just go on how I feel! Here's a secret: even if all you do is toss whatever leftover meats & veggies you have in your fridge into a skillet, add the rice and a little soy sauce, it's going to be pretty darn tasty.

To get started with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook saturday night special fried rice using 14 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Saturday night Special Fried Rice:
  1. Take 2 chicken breasts diced
  2. Take 200 g bacon lardons
  3. Prepare Olive oil
  4. Prepare 1 onion chopped
  5. Prepare 2 garlic gloves chopped
  6. Prepare 1 each green,red and yellow peppers diced
  7. Get Sun dried tomatoes chopped
  8. Prepare Black olives halved
  9. Get Tin sliced mushrooms
  10. Take Cooked rice
  11. Get Chilli flakes
  12. Prepare Soy sauce
  13. Make ready Lemon juice
  14. Prepare Can/bottle of beer/lager of choice (optional)

I was unable to find it in my city so used Kraft Cheese Whiz instead. Add in the rice and stir well to coat. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Add the mushrooms (and a little of the juice if desired) back into the rice along with the eggs.

Instructions to make Saturday night Special Fried Rice:
  1. Fry the onion and garlic in the olive oil until soft. Add chilli flakes
  2. While the onion and garlic are cooking dice the peppers and add to the pan stirring continually
  3. Chop the sun dried tomatoes and add to the pan; slice the olives and add to the pan; drain mushrooms and add to the pan; continually stirring each time
  4. Take a drink of the beer/ lager (this step can be added whenever and however often you feel)
  5. Dice chicken and add to the pan; stir until the chicken is brown all over (take a drink 😉)
  6. Add bacon lardons and continually stir until brown
  7. Add rice and continually stir
  8. Add good helping of soy sauce and lemon juice and stir well
  9. Cook for around 5 minutes while you clean up- stirring occasionally and serve

Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Add the mushrooms (and a little of the juice if desired) back into the rice along with the eggs.
