  6. Make ready 3 stick Diced Celery

  9. Make ready 2 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5oz; or Stewed Tomatoes)
  10. Prepare 14 1/2 oz Water
  11. Make ready 1 cup Uncooked Jasmine Rice (or whatever you prefer)
  12. Prepare Salt
  13. Take Pepper
  14. Make ready Garlic Powder
  15. Make ready Onion Powder
  16. Make ready Crushed Red Pepper
Instructions to make Cabbage Jambalaya:
  1. In a large stock pot, combine turkey, sausage, onion, celery, garlic and cook on medium high. Cook turkey thoroughly.
  2. Stir in cabbage, tomatoes, water, rice and seasonings.
  3. Bring to a boil then reduce to medium low, cover and cook about 45 minutes or until rice is done.
