  7. Add the powdered spices – cumin and turmeric
  8. Fry till oil starts leaving the sides
  9. Add in the chicken and cook for 4-5 mins.
  10. Add the drained banana blossom and cover the pan
  11. Add very little water if chicken starts sticking to the pan
  12. Cook till the banana blossom is tender and cooked through
  13. Add Salt and mix well and remove it from the flame
  14. Serve with rice
