Steps to make Loaded fries:
  1. Marinate chicken mince with ginger and garlic paste, shan seekh kebab masala and meat tenderizer for 2 hours.
  2. Put oil, fry onions till golden and add in mince and cook it on low flame till done. Dum ka qeema is ready.
  3. Deep fry the frozen fries till golden and crispy.
  4. Lay them in a pyrex dish- top with dum ka qeema.
  5. Finally put olives, jalapeno peppers, black olives and cheese making sure that the fries and mince is hot so that cheese melts.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve at once.
