Spaghetti "Bolognese" is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions every day. They are fine and they look fantastic. Spaghetti "Bolognese" is something that I’ve loved my whole life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can cook spaghetti "bolognese" using 18 ingredients and 10 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Spaghetti "Bolognese":
  1. Make ready olive oil
  2. Make ready garlic clove, finely chopped
  3. Get red onion, chopped
  4. Get mushrooms, chopped
  5. Take Fresh tomatoes *cherry
  6. Get Mince (red meat eg. Beef / Ostrich)
  7. Make ready chopped tomatoes
  8. Get tomato paste
  9. Get beef stock, hot

  12. Prepare Oregano dried
  13. Prepare Salt and pepper (to taste)
  14. Get Spring onion chopped
  15. Make ready cheese (own preference)

  18. Prepare water to boil (depending on the portion size of pasta)

This traditional Bolognese is flavored with garlic, oregano, and a hint of Worcestershire sauce. Everyone needs a basic spaghetti bolognese recipe that still tastes great, no matter how simple. Get that depth of flavour by cooking the sauce very gently until it's super rich. It doesn't take a lot of ingredients (or a lot of money) to make a classic Bolognese recipe.

Steps to make Spaghetti "Bolognese":
  1. Pour oil into pot and heat up. Pour water to boil for pasta. *TIP: Put a wooden spoon over the pot to prevent boiling over.
  2. Chop up the onions / garlic / mushrooms
  3. Fry the onion and garlic until brownish.
  4. Add minced meat to the pot and fry until thoroughly cooked.
  5. Add the tomato paste and mushrooms together and mix together.
  6. Add the tomato sauce mixture and stir everything together and leave to simmer at low heat
  7. Add the beefstock, spices and *wine to the mixture and let it simmer with the lid o for about 10 minutes on low heat.
  8. Drain the pasta from the pot and rinse off. Add back in the pot/ serving dish.
  9. Switch off the heat and add the cream. Stir together and let it rest for about two minutes or so.(*do not boil)
  10. Prepare the "garnish" and add on spaghetti as preferred. Enjoy

Get that depth of flavour by cooking the sauce very gently until it's super rich. It doesn't take a lot of ingredients (or a lot of money) to make a classic Bolognese recipe. What it does take, though, is patience for the sauce to achieve the ideal authentic texture. Who doesn't love pasta drenched in a meaty tomato sauce!
