Stir-fry until noodles are dry and evenly seasoned, then add the eggs and vegetables and stir around until everything is blended. Serve immediately, with more chili sauce and soy sauce on the side. Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in noodles and return to a boil.

Steps to make Stir fry egg noodles:
  1. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and garlic,onion into small cubes..
  2. Cut the chicken and take out the shell of the shrimp and set aside..
  3. In a big wok add the 2 tbsp of cooking oil and add the chicken followed by the shrimp then if the chicken and shrimp is cooked add the water and bring to boil..
  4. If the water is already boiling add the egg noodles cooked it until soft add the soya sauce,salt and pepper to taste..if the egg noodle is not cook yet and no more water you can add a little bit of water..
  5. Lastly put all the vegetables and wait until it cooked..

Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in noodles and return to a boil. Pair them with a lean protein like chicken or tofu, add some veggies and your own stir fry sauce and you can have an amazingly healthy and delicious meal you can whip up on a weeknight. Boil the noodles according to the packet instructions, drain and set aside. Melt butter in a skillet or large pot over low heat.
