Soya Chunks, also known as Meal - Maker Burger, Is A Protein Packed Burger. Patties Are Made With Soya Chunks / Textured Vegetable Protein, Vegetables, Spices, Cheese And Then Pan Fried To Golden Brown. Assemble The Fried Patty On The Burger Buns, Then Add The lettuce, Onions, Tomatoes, And Spread Sauce. In a large mixing bowl, add the soya mince, mashed potatoes, red onion, green pepper, garlic rosemary, cinnamon powder, olive oil, breadcrumbs (optional) and salt to taste, mix all ingredients together nicely.

  1. Take 1 cup soya chunks
  2. Get 2 cups milk

  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  7. Take 1/2 tsp cumin powder

  11. Make ready 2-3 green chillies chopped fine
  12. Prepare 1 medium size potato boiled
  13. Get 1 medium size tomato sliced
  14. Get 1 medium size onion sliced
  15. Take 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  16. Take Salt

Watch them carefully so they get nice and brown but don't burn. Soya burgers is an easy and healthy snack recipe which can be infact even enjoyed as mini meal. The soya chunks and potatoes based patties or cutlets are deep fried and then served with hamburger buns with grated cheese, tomato slices and lettuce as filling. Enjoy with sauce as breakfast, snack or tiffin.

Steps to make Soya Burger:
  1. In a bowl add milk and add soya chunks. Soak for 15 mins.
  2. Squeeze the milk out of the soya and in another bowl add to the soya chunks mashed boiled potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onions, chopped green chillies
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, lime juice, salt
  4. Mix well and make 1/2” thick patty
  5. In a plate add the breadcrumbs and add the 1/2” thick patty to it. Mixing the breadcrumbs well.
  6. In a non-stick pan roast the patty on both sides well
  7. Garnish the Moong burger with tomato and onion slices, add the soya patty and insert olives and enjoy

The soya chunks and potatoes based patties or cutlets are deep fried and then served with hamburger buns with grated cheese, tomato slices and lettuce as filling.
