Buns is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions every day. Buns is something which I’ve loved my entire life. They’re fine and they look wonderful.

  1. Take 500 g/4 cups flour

And it is easy to do with this quick yeast dough that takes you about an hour, including rise time. You will want to use this great recipe for dinner rolls, too.

Steps to make Buns:
  1. Add all ur dry ingredients together and mix well.
  2. Beat/whisk ur egg, add ur liquid flavor and set aside
  3. Add your butter to the dry ingredients and mix with ur fingers until it looks like fine garri
  4. Add ur egg into d mixture and mix with ur hand
  5. Gradually add in water until u achieve ur desire constituency (not too stiff nor watery)
  6. Cover and allow to set for 15min
  7. Put ur shallow frying pan on fire in medium heat add oil and some onions
  8. When your oil is hot enough scoop your batter into it and fry until u achieve your desired brown.

And it is easy to do with this quick yeast dough that takes you about an hour, including rise time. You will want to use this great recipe for dinner rolls, too. Brushing buns with melted butter will give them a soft, light golden crust. For seeded buns, brush with the egg wash; it'll make the seeds adhere. And, feel free to add the extra yolk to the dough, reserving the white for the wash.
