  1. Blend Flour, oatmeal, rolled oats, 100g butter, coconut sugar & 25ml maple syrup in food processor.
  2. Press into tin/pan (6-8'')
  3. Bake on 200 for 10 minutes
  4. Chill when removed from oven
  5. Topping… Whisk together, Maple syrup, Coconut Cream, Violife and peanut butter.
  6. Top the chilled base with whipped topping.
  7. Crumble chopped sugarfree/vegan chocolate over the top.
  8. Chill & serve!

I think I just may have outdone myself with this recipe. I even got this recipe right on the very first try. A thick, creamy peanut butter cheesecake filling, covered with a thick layer of chocolate. It's sweet, a little tangy, but loaded with chocolate and peanut butter flavor. It comes together quite easily and uses just a handful of ingredients.
