  1. Get 1 cup Basmati Rice (cooked)
  2. Get 1 tbsp Shahi biryani masala
  3. Prepare 1 onion
  4. Prepare 1 potato

  6. Make ready 1 green chilli
  7. Make ready As per taste Salt
  8. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  9. Get 1/2 tsp. garam masala

  12. Take 2 tbsp butter /ghee
  13. Make ready as required Coriander leaves for garnishing
Steps to make "Korma Biryani":
  1. Heat butter in a pan. Add jeera in it, as it starts splitting add ginger, garlic finely chopped and saute it. Now add chopped green chilli, chopped potatoes and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Now add salt,red chilli powder, garam masala,shahi biryani masala and mix them nicely.Add chopped tomatoes in it also add 1/4 th cup of water and let it boil for sometime.
  3. Now add cooked rice in it. Keep the lid closed for 5 min and Switch off the flame.
  4. Biryani is ready to be served,garnish it with coriander leaves.
