  12. Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala powder,
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp dahi,
  14. Get 1 tbsp fresh cream,
Steps to make Raw Banana Korma:
  1. Peel, cut banana into thick roundels.
  2. Take a pan, add 1 tbsp oil, heat it. Fry banana pc till it becomes light brown. Keep aside.
  3. Take another wok, add oil, heat it. Add dalchini & tejpatta, sauté it for a min.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, add lil water also, sauté it for a while.
  5. Now add onion paste, stir fry it for a while, also add lil water.
  6. Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until brown. Stir intermittently.
  7. Open the lid, add haldi powder, dhania powder & red chilli powder, mix it well. Increase the flame, add lil water, stir fry it until oil has oozed out.
  8. Add salt now. Now add dahi & cream, mix it well.
  9. Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till oil has oozed out.
  10. Open the lid now, add garam masala powder, give a stir.
  11. Increase the flame, add banana pcs, stir fry it for a while. Now add water accordingly so as to keep the gravy a lil thick.
  12. Give a boil, lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until gravy becomes a lil thick.
  13. Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while.
  14. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta & slitted green chilli.
  15. Mustard oil enhances the flavour of this dish.
