  1. Churn chickpeas, green chillies,ginger and fresh coriander to a smooth paste without adding water.
  2. Add spices to this paste and make balls out of it.if the batter is loose,we can add besan
  3. After deep frying in oil
  4. Boil,blanch and make spinach puree
  5. Knead atta dough with oil,salt,roasted cumin powder,red chilli powder(optional)
  6. Atta after kneading
  7. Make normal rotis out of it
  8. For filling,firstly spread green chutney on roti,then chickpea balls in a roti.then some thinly sliced onion capsicums followed by mayonnaise and chaat masala on top of it
  9. We will seal each roti with grated cheese and saute with the help of butter from all sides
  10. Serve hot with dip,salad or chutney of your choice!
