Boondi paneer and peanut samosa also popular as pocket samosa are very much loved by kids, adults infact everyone. These samosas are stuffed with roasted peanuts grated fresh paneer and crunchy boondi. Sweets and a crispy hot samosa just go hand in hand. It's like peanut butter and jelly.

The ingredients needed to make Peanut samosa:
  1. Prepare 1 cup plain Take flour
  2. Get 1/4 cup butter
  3. Take 1/4 cup gram flour
  4. Prepare salt as a taste
  5. Make ready 1 cup peanuts
  6. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala powder
  8. Take 2 tsp coriander powder
  9. Take 2 tsp powdered raw mango
  10. Prepare pinches powdered asafoetida
  11. Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
  12. Make ready 1 tbsp oil

Add the oil and then start mixing with your fingers. Rub the flour with the oil until the oil is well incorporated in all of the flour. Measure the peanut butter, sweet red chili sauce, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and honey out into a small glass bowl. Thin with hot water to desired consistency – less water for a thicker dip, more water for a thinner dressing.

Steps to make Peanut samosa:
  1. In a pan dry roast peanut on low flame and keep stirring so that peanuts gets roasted uniformly and do not burn.
  2. Once the peanuts starts to separate it's skin, turn off the flame and cool completely and peel off the skin and blend it but don’t make powder, keep aside.
  3. Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan. Add the asafoetida and the cumin seeds. Allow the seeds to splutter.
  4. Add salt,gram flour, garam masala, coriander powder, chili powder and raw mango powder. Saute and add the crushed peanuts.
  5. Sieve the flour, add salt. Add melted clarified butter and mix it very well. Add small quantity of water and knead to a stiff dough. Set the dough aside for 30 minutes.
  6. After that take small part of dough roll a circle. Cut it into 2 equal part. In a bowl take 1 tbsp plain flour and 2 tbsp water mix well.
  7. Bring the two ends together to overlap a little with the help of flour paste. Join and press together to make a cone. - Place a tbsp of filling in the cone and seal with the help of paste.
  8. Fill all the cones and set aside.
  9. Heat oil in a deep pan. Put the prepared samosas in hot oil, deep fry on low to medium till light brown.

Measure the peanut butter, sweet red chili sauce, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and honey out into a small glass bowl.
