Hello everybody, it is Jim, welcome to my recipe page. Today, we’re going to make a distinctive dish, keema samosas. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I will make it a bit unique. This will be really delicious.

However, there is nothing like a homemade samosa. This is a Keema Samosa which is a popular snack recipe enjoyed with green chutney and tomato ketchup. This samosa recipe is deep-fried; however, you can bake them as well for the healthier version of it. Of all the Muslim cuisines, Hyderabadi is the only one in the sub-continent that can boast of a major vegetarian section.

Keema Samosas is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes delicious. It’s appreciated by millions daily. They are nice and they look wonderful. Keema Samosas is something that I’ve loved my whole life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook keema samosas using 15 ingredients and 2 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Keema Samosas:
  1. Prepare 500 g mince lamb
  2. Make ready 250 g refine flour
  3. Get Salt
  4. Make ready 1 tsp vegetable oil / ghee
  5. Prepare 5 g garam masala
  6. Take 5 g chopped ginger
  7. Take 4 gloves of garlic
  8. Get 4 chopped green chilli pepper
  9. Prepare 1 bunch coriander
  10. Prepare 100 g butter
  11. Prepare 50 g peas
  12. Get 5 g cumin seeds
  13. Prepare 5 g turmeric powder
  14. Prepare 250 g chopped tomatoes
  15. Prepare 3 onions

A samosa is made out of Maida flour and is stuffed with some filling and deep fried in vegetable oil. The filling can be a mixture of mashed boiled potatoes, onions, chilies, Ground beef. Can never say no to samosas. Had Phyllo sheets on hand so prepared a flavor-licious recipe - Chicken Keema Samosa.

Steps to make Keema Samosas:
  1. Keema: Heat a wok or big frying pan and add the 100g of butter coating the base, add chopped onions to it and fry, then add 2tsp of salt, the cumin seeds, chopped garlic and ginger and fry on medium heat till the onions are nice and thin, add the lamb and cook till brown, then add the chopped tomatoes, peas and turmeric and cook till the moisture is dried. Once dried add masala and mix, then garnish with coriander. Once done leave to the side to cool down
  2. Next is the samosas flour. Add salt to refined flour along with oil/ghee to make a stiff dough. Put the dough in a bowl and a cold damp cloth on top and let it set for 20mins, once done, Portion into small balls. Roll into pancakes. The cut the circles into halves and make a cone put of them, fill the cone with keema mix and seal the edges, use water to make it stick, then Shallow fry until brown and cooked

Can never say no to samosas. Had Phyllo sheets on hand so prepared a flavor-licious recipe - Chicken Keema Samosa. Minced chicken sauteed in spices then wrapped in pastry sheets and baked to perfection!! Prepared both the non- veg samosas and veggie samosas for my family! Take samosa patti/manda patti and make pocket,add filling in the center and roll into the shape of samosa and seal corners with all-purpose flour & water paste.
