  1. In a pan add water,almonds, cashew nuts and poppy seeds boiled it for 15 minutes. Once it is done. Keep aside. Cool it
  2. Add fried onion and grind it to a smooth paste. Meanwhile in another pan. Boil all the mixed vegetables with a pinch of salt and haldi for 5 minutes. Once it is done. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry 1 cloves, 2 green cardamom, 1" cinnamon stick and 1 bay leaf for few minutes. Add tomato puree saute it for 2 minutes. Then add grind paste.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes. Slow the flame. Add 2 tbsp whisk curd. Stir it continuously till the oil is floating. Add boiled vegetables and salt. Mix….it well. Add water as needed. Cover and cook for few minutes. Once it is done.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves. Serve with garlic nan….
