Slide the greaseproof and filo into the empty frying pan, so that the edges spill over, then push down into the sides of the pan. Pour in the spinach mixture and spread out evenly, then fold the filo up over the filling to cover. Top with remaining phyllo sheets, lightly spraying the top of each sheet with cooking spray. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the tart case, then pour in the filling.

  1. Pre heat oven to about 180. Line a baking dish with baking paper and then line with the puff pastry

  4. Put into the oven and cook for about 45 minutes, remove when golden brown and firm to touch but witha very slight wobble.
  5. Serve with potatoes, asparagus or a simple green salad x

Spread spinach and cheese mixture evenly over the fillo in the baking pan. Thoroughly butter the top layer, especially the edges.
